100 %Grassfed Beef
This land that we bought eleven years ago had been farmed and stripped of its most valuable nutrients and plants native to our area. In order to raise our cows on our land, we needed to remedy that and through lots of research and time we found a way that suited us and our herd. Through regenerative farming we are striving to build our topsoil, create the perfect environment for the correct one:one ratio of bacteria and fungi, develop a balanced micro-ecosystem, and provide our cows with a wide variety of grasses, legumes and forbs.
We’re watching our pasture land change from barren soil to a healthier version of Ohio’s original biodiversity. It’s been a joy to see our cows take an active part in changing the landscape. Through rotational grazing, they’ve provided the right nutrients to continue developing our land.
Our beef is always grass-fed, year round. This helps create healthy meat for you and your family.
